The month of May has been good for The Brannan. One unit closed, 6G a 2 bed/2 bath listed for $1.280 mil, sold for $1.320 mil (all cash). Two other units, 3C a 1 bed/1 bath listed at $599,000 (good value) and 14D a 2 bed/2 bath listed at $1.475 mil went into contract.
