The one bed homes are on the larger side ranging from 849 square feet to 1,055 square feet. The *median square footage in SoMa is 795 square feet. I’ve seen a couple of these that I thought were a pretty good value.
The two beds range from 1,081 square feet to 1,353 square feet. The *median square footage in SoMa is 1,202 square feet. Many of these homes are all about the outdoor space. Huge terraces, bay views etc. Bedrooms, at least in the units I recently saw are on the smaller side. Most of the living space is in the living/dining areas.
