After I lost some data on my local machine I decided to try out the online offerings. I hardly use MS Office anymore. Sure you have to contend with Google storing your files -- but if you want access anytime/anywhere for your data along with a decent spreadsheet app and calendaring tool (all integrated), it's pretty decent.
