I toured One South Park again on Sunday night and discovered two interesting 1 bed units. #101 is listed at $799k and #203 is listed at $72ok, both come w/parking.
These homes are very urban, cement ceilings, and archways, bamboo floors and sleek cabinetry. This building is already about 50% reserved and will most likely continue to sell at a brisk pace.
The ground floor will host 2 commercial units. Santa Fe properties has not nailed down the tenants yet, but it will most likely be some type of coffee/sandwich shop and possibly a small grocer. Food will not be cooked on site, so you don’t have to worry about that. There will also be a patio area out front to gather on during those warm South Beach days.
