The median condo price in January 2007 increased to $735,000 from $725,000 the month prior. That’s the highest median price since June of 2006 which was $749,000. Prior to that we go back to July 2005 which was $750,000.
The median for single family homes in January 2007 slipped to $807,500 from $810,000 in December. That’s the lowest point for single family homes since April of 2005.
