As stated in the San Francisco Business Times, the Palace Hotel has submitted plans to build a 60 story condo highrise on the corner of Jessie and Annie Alleys. Update on the Third Street Rail. Free Rides begin on January 13. We obviously need to improve and expand our public transportaion system, but $648 million dollars for 5.1 miles of track.
